Small Natural Driftwood – 5-Piece Set

Add natural texture, structure, and character to your aquarium or terrarium with this 5-piece small driftwood set. Each order includes five individually shaped pieces featuring natural curves, knots, holes, branches, and irregular wood grain.

The compact 4–6 inch size is suitable for nano tanks, shrimp tanks, betta tanks, planted aquariums, terrariums, and other small nature-inspired displays. Use the pieces individually or combine all five to create caves, layered structures, hiding areas, and unique hardscape layouts.

Natural Variation Notice

This is a natural product, so every piece is different. The product photos show examples of the general appearance and variety you may receive.

The exact shape, color, thickness, branch direction, hole pattern, and surface texture will vary. Natural cracks, knots, cavities, uneven surfaces, cut ends, and broken branch tips are normal characteristics of real driftwood and are not considered defects.

Preparation Before Aquarium Use

  1. Rinse each piece thoroughly with clean water.
  2. Gently brush away loose dust and surface debris.
  3. Soak the wood before placing it in the aquarium.
  4. Boiling or extended soaking may help reduce tannins and allow the wood to become waterlogged more quickly.
  5. Natural driftwood may initially float or slightly tint the water. This is normal and usually decreases after soaking and regular water changes.

Create Your Own Natural Layout

Use all five pieces together to build a detailed central hardscape, or spread them throughout the tank to create depth, shelter, and natural visual movement. Since every set contains naturally shaped wood, each finished layout will be unique.
